The newer machines are nice. I like the 1820c the best. I mainly send and receive black and white copies. I like the option of color if I want to copy photos. I print the photo from my computer and make

At first glance a nice little machine - easy to use - but if the handset is going to give problems - this makes the whole product redundant and not fit for purpose.

My advice is - Do not buy a Brother Colour 1820C! Mine has gone wrong (error 41)after 3 years of only light use, it is not apparently worth repairing, and I will switch manufacturers because of this bad
