  God help you if you need technical assistance with a very poorly laid oyt web site which refuses to let you log in. Forget technical assistance unless you have a day to wait on the phone.

  Terrible online bank, ridiculous security (why favourite singer?? surely that's something that changes frequently?) and beware! your answers are case sensitive, even if you didn't realise this when making them

  I opened my ING Direct Savings account on Monday, entered an initial deposit and by Friday the same week was able to login online to my account and see the deposited capital and verify the direct debit account

  WARNING! Don't take out an internet saver account with Tesco. You cannot get your money out without a pin reader... it takes weeks to close the account and only by writing to their office address!!

  Dreadful system makes it almost impossible to gain online access to your account. Complaints get you nowhere. Tesco Personal Finance Internet Saver is one of the worst and most badly designed systems encountere
