  A new DVD online rental has come onto the market (Lidl DVD Based in Northampton) so you would think it would try to do its best.
  Customer Service is very unfriendly with no phone number to contact them on.

  Terrible Customer Service. They send you DVD's what you have already seen and then blame you with comments like; you put the film back on your list to watch. Why would I do that?

  I have been a member now for 2yrs+ and have no complaints. I am on 3 DVD Unlimited a month package and the turnaround time is 3 days. The ease of up-dating and keeping track of my list on-line could not be easi

  Do not use this service from CINEMA PARADISO they deliberatley do not cancel your account at the end of the month,evenwhen you have handed your DVDS in on times so they can deliberatley

  You've ogtta love the range on offer from amazon, and also the delivery options, its probably the only place i've seen online where you can buy in the morning and have it by the evening!
