I've been with Nationwide since 2006 and have always found the service good. Granted that some of the rates and charges are not as competitive as in the past, but they still remain keen compared to the competit

Incredibly poor customer service. When Nationwide make a mistake (which seems to be about 3 times a year for me) they leave it to the customer to sort out the issue.
