  Poor Poor they dont care about animals at all! musch preferred the old owners mr and mrs wilkinson at least they showed an interest in my pet. Conditions seem shabbier and poor not sure if my animal was looked

  We boarded at short notice:
  
  2 Dogs, 2 Rabbits & 1 Guinea Pig & we could not fault the service!.
  
  Wonderful facilities (Dogs even had their own TV & Sofabed)!

  i think the accomadation is fab. i just htink it was the lady below making a fus out of nothin i no of plenty of people who keep there cats and dogs there and there dogs and cats are fine with the accomadation

  If you have a couple of big dogs and do not mind them getting dirty and smelly then it is ok, but with a little dog I find the kennels dark and damp & drafty. The heating comes from a single bulb over there bed

  i introduced my dog to penylan when he was 6 months old and left him in oct for 10 nights his first long stay. when we picked him up he and all his toys were so clean and smelt so fresh, he looked so contented

  I find it funny that the good reviews for this kennels are all provided by family members some who work there in my opinion that speaks volumes!
