  Great location and very clean. Highly recommended this hotel for this convenience and services. Customer service, resort, accommodation and location all 10 out of 10. I would recommend Hanoi Amazon Hotel.

  The front desk was pushy and hard-handed with regard to their packaged Halong Bay Tours (isn't that so far all hotel?) but service levels took a dip when they realise that you already have your own arrangements

  Very clean hotel in Hanoi. Stayed there for 3 nights, which helped to that make us have nice time in Asia. No bad points. I would recommend Duc Thai Hotel in Hanoi.

  After checking few websites and mailing ahead to make the reservation on the Duc Thai Hotel basing on guest ' s positive reviews especially about services and staff. I found that everything become truthfully.

  Great location and even better staff. We love our stay at The Ritz. The people were the most friendly. They are number one! We'll definitely stay at The Ritz again. Highly recommend !
