  Applied for this card when my washer broke, i got one straight away as i have no debt. When i used it,it gave me 6mths Interest Free Credit which is what i wanted, i set up payment on my online banking and paid

  The call centre seems to take no notice and ignores requests to cancel card and any associated insurances.
  Very poor service that ignore the consumer credit act when it is not convenient for them.

  GE Capitals call steering system cuts you off and the call is expensive. Also sometimes the system flags are poor. I accessed GE by phone to gain my balance which was 18.71, however it did take me 3 go's. I
