We loved the island so much we are thinking about buying a timeshare there. There is a lot to do on the island, swimming, diving, snorkeling, aloe farm, ostrich farm, caves, shopping, history, you name it!

We were there in Feb 2008. Maid service was fine. The sand is coral but somewhat coarse for normally shod feet - water shoes needed. There are no screens for balcony doors and the mosquitoes were a nuisance,

We were one of three couples that visited the Marriott Resort and Emerald Casino on Feb 27 - Mar 7. We encountered smiling, friendly, helpful staff everywhere we went. The weather couldn't have been much better
