  I have used the eybrow pencil Make-UP 01 Fair under the Tesco label,
  For over 10 years. It is the only one that is perfect for me.
  It is Pencil and Not kohl.
  Kohl pencils are too creamy and melt

  I agree that the pencil is easy to use and the Fair shade is excellent for fair haired women. My only gripe now is that in trying to buy a new pencil O1 now seems to be black for me and Fair has disappeared.
