The energy generated by the band on this record is astonishing.
Great tunes and great playing. Amazing drumming in particular, but really, everyone on the album is allowed to shine, but no-one more bright

A retro excercise Ryan Quigley - Laphroaig-ian Slip maybe, but the quality of the original compositions and the playing make this probably the best album to come out of Scotland in the last decade at least.

Just listen.....dont do anything, the music will speak for itself, PAT METHENY IS THE BEST!!! Just start the cd and sink into your chair, your in for a treat.

First off one can't help but notice the great Sax solos and very tight rhythm section in Tabitha Elkins' Snowing in July. The vocals range from the romantic "Lover Man" to the bluesy "Lord Above" or the bouncy
