  Guests are made to feel welcome here. The staff especially the young waiters work hard to make this a good experience. The sole cause for complaint is the heating system. The hotel is used by Shearings

  Not that bad, but not that good. I would definitely stick with the Gray Line rather than Open Top. A lot more reputable. People were friendly enough and the tour was informative. Not worth the money.
