Item: Bryan Au, Raw in Ten Minutes
Everything had the basic same ingredients. Written poorly, disappointed with this book and it's recipes. Why put photos in when they are black and white and not printed well enough to see the photos.

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves fruit and veg. I thought it would be a phase but I feel so much better for having my juices every morning.

I would like to see this book written in a similar style, but as well, for vegan diabetics. Also, using good oils is beneficial as long as they are not heated, and these recipes involve a lot of oil,
