I have the Akasa AK-827 I think the other versions may have different colour Fans Blades?
I have used many many "so called" Low noise HSF's & I can honestly day this is the best one I've used thus far.

Easy Disassembly and Assembly for cleaning.
Cools very well over stock items -9 to 13'c
Very easy to install.
Value For Money.
Served me well with Overclocked Athlon XP 2800+ Barton & 3200+

All in all a good value starter watercooling system at a sensible price. Components are well made, a little more attention to the case connectors would be nice I have made custom connectors to allow the cooler

Struggles to work with the newer 2 x nVidia 8800 as they just got too hot over 61 degrees celsius out of game reset in game RED HOT no overclock uses as the cards would have gone into meltdown! Well recommend Z

Easy to mount, but care must be taken not to swipe the TIM off the core to the circuits around or may cause a short-circuit using metallic based compound.

The Akasa AK210 is a pretty heat sink that should have a slightly bigger fan as the airflow is low in my opinion. But is better than a same size passive heat sink. It is small, cheap and I like the blue LED's.

I only wanted to replace the fan on my Xpertvision GeForce 6600 128 MB DDR3 as that tiny thing creates more noise than all my other casing fan/psu fan/cpu fan combined. I could not find any low cost option

Been using a Zalman 7000B for about 3 years and it's still running dead silent at about 1300rpm. It was running in my old Socket A (MSI KT3 Ultra) system in which I had to cut the metal bracket to make it fit.

I have an AMD Athlon XP processor and AMD XP heat sink. It seems to do the job, but it's probably the fan that does most of the work.
The sink is aluminium. Aluminium is a good metal for destroying
