Item: Barbara Minto, The Pyramid Principle: Present Your Thinking So Clearly That the Ideas Jump Off the Page and into the Reader's Mind
This book was a complete waste of time, the woman clearly has no experience in what she's doing. A blagger if you ask me.
Anyone who has any experience can give better ideas and advice.
