  Great horn for the money! I have played on other much more expensive "pro" horns that I wouldn't trade my 475 for. Paired with a good pro level mouthpiece, I think this one is a real winner.

  I play this saxophone in a saxophone quartet. Overall I find that it sounds a bit tinny, this I hasten to add has nothing to do with my playing as my alto which is not a jupiter produces a lovely richer sound.

  this saxophone is ok. it doesn't have horrible sound quality but the sound is not full or warm like you would want in a saxophone. the case is bulky and heavy, not the kind of case i would prefer, but again not

  Both my children started on this Jupiter 565 GL alto sax. and found it very good. We did however upgrade the mouthpiece which produced a better sound.
