Appalling interest rates - £30000+ = 0.3%
Links on website to an alternative fixed rate postal isa which gives 3.5% interest are not working - surprise. I have reported this 3 times to no avail!

Egg disappointingly will not allow the over 50 ' s Top up their Cash ISA intil April 2010 .
This is a Commercial Decision taken by them without any regard for their Customers .

I have been with First Direct from the time they started as a telephone bank in Late 80's and were owned by Clydesdale Bank.
They have excellent Customer service. Now part of HSBC I have general accounts,

Seriously, not worth the hastle. Even if the interest rate was 5%
Utterly inept operating procedures and terrible customer services.

I invested £1200 with scotish widow and after 10 years i got back £1125. Put your money under the bed for a better investment

I've watched the interest on my Natwest Mini isa dropping consistently every month. I've placed at least £400 per month in and it's currently got about 9.5K in there... getting £4.20 return pm. Rubb

When asking what interest rate my Isa had been reduced to, I was sent illiterate and illogical replies.

It's July. Been trying since April to transfer into Natwest e-ISA account after being suckered by their ads. Still waiting. On top of that the transfer is from RBS ! Service is dreadful. By comparison my wife
