  Customer service is absolutley appalling. Since renewing contract I have contacted TalkTalk on numerous occasions, been assured that problems with billing have been rectified ...... only to find they re-appear!

  The webmail has to be the worst in the world! I constantly get Webmail errors, ranging from 'Cannot connect' to 'Invalid username/password'. Sometimes it logs me in but no mail in my inbox!
