  Very helpful, prompt response esp as i was a woman alone on a dark road with a flat tire. Couldn't have been more helpful. Called to confirm vehicle was coming, who the driver was etc. Thank you Green Flag!!!

  We broke down in London 120 miles from home to find out that our policy was not worth the paper it was written on. They are an absolute disgrace. Do not even consider using this company.

  Very bad service. Often takes too long for them to answer calls, which is an 08 number by the way!! The recovery is generally slow - Ive had to wait about 1 hour 30 mins on one occasion, even though I broke dow
