Overall everything was fine with my ocean Finance loan. Had to fill in load of paperwork, send payslips, get house valued (they paid for that though) but got loan finalised and paid out in 3

After about 6 weeks Ocean Finance said the lender couldn € t lend me the money because I wasn € t earning enough, and that was after all the paperwork was signed, house survey etc.
