The only restriction is that you have 140 characters to 'tweet' it (they provide a handy counter so you know when you've run out). You can use it like a status update on Facebook or you can use it to ask questions. You can even write haikus if you so choose. Just get out there and tell the world what you want to say. If you are really stuck for something to say, you can re-tweet something someone else has said. This is a great way of spreading the word. Just precede your message with RT @username (of the person who said it) and tweet away.
