Verdict of Fuji Finepix S7000

Overview

To date the FinePix S7000 Zoom has a 100 per cent recommended rating from Review Centre's reviewers who admire its value for money and superb quality.

The overall opinion is that this digital camera is a serious alternative to high quality SLRS in terms of performance, price and features.

Its CCD HR offers a weighty six million effective pixels and twelve million recorded pixels so it is capable of high quality gallery size prints.

    Reviews

This solid professional looking camera has repeatedly won awards from magazines and newspaper reviewers including a variety of specialist camera magazines.

The critics have been wowed by its superb image quality, ease of handling and super shutter and exposure control. A common view is that the S7000s manual, semi and full auto exposure controls as well its range of other features ensure this camera offers ambitious photographers great photographs if they are prepared to get to grips with what is on offer.

Computer Shopper described the S7000 as a highly capable camera and said performance justifies its cost. The Independent newspaper described it as a dream Review Centre's reviewers repeatedly give it ten out ten for Image Quality, Battery Life as well as its Features, Ease of Use and Value For Money. One of the few issues to concern reviewers is the heavy weight of this camera so that is worth noting. If you are looking for a lightweight camera this might not be the one for you.
