I ordered a card on 11th aug to go to Singapore for 1st september, when It didn't arrive I contacted customer service and they have not bothered to reply, obviously good customer service is not a strong point. The card did arrive on the 2nd, a day late for a 3 year olds birthday, when I ordered I checked it had plenty of time to get to Singapore.
What a shame you have a great selection of cards but rubbish customer care.
I paid over 8 pounds for this service so not cheap.
