Having relied heavily on Moonpig.com to send loved ones cards and presents since moving away from home, I feel that after receiving poor customer service and communication on 2 important occasions, I will now be taking my business elsewhere. My gifts for Mother's Day and Father's Day this year were either sent incomplete without prior warning or just not delivered at all. The last instance was father's day - the item I ordered had some 'issues' and they decided just to cancel it. I was not informed until the day AFTER the delivery date (which I had paid extra for so that it was delivered before 1pm the next day.
Not good at all.
