I haven't ordered since 2011 because my basket was stuck. I tried again today and still I can't get to the pay page and can't click on the basket to view it and empty it I just get a message to say there is a problem and call customer service - I've emailed them as usual but nothing... they keep giving me credit on my account because i haven't ordered for a while but I can't!!!
AND - there is no email for customer service so I emailed the press office and got an auto email back saying email email@example.com - why can't they just put it on their website and why just an 0845 number - I maaborad , I need a local uk number - dumbos!!!
