The card was dispatched on 23rd August - it didn't arrive until 29th August.
The birthday was a bank holiday 26th, so dispatching on 23rd, first class, the card should have arrived on 24th, ahead of the birthday on 26th, but to arrive 3 days after the birthday on 29th - very, very disappointing.
