Im was very dissappointed, the card whish I sent to my grandson in hospital never arrived, he had many cards so the address was correcand I allowed plenty of time so I am afraid I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER previously all the cards I have sent have always arrived. Carole Fane

The same happened to me :( mine was a card and flowers to my friend in hospital - neither arrived. When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told that many hospitals do not allow flowers - no mention was made of the card. I was also told I should have read the small print on the website! I was livid as I spent about £30 on card and flowers which was taken from my visa account :(

Then they told me to rearrange delivery to /another/ address - when there is no *other address* - My friend lives alone, and does not keep in contact with her family.

They said no refund :( So I am pursuing the matter further. I will NEVER use Moonpig again!
