I recently ordered three personalised birthday cards for my my daughters 16th birthday and was absolutely delighted with the whole service and quality of the cards.Two of the cards arrived the next day but one went astray in the post and didn't arrive.A week later I contacted Moonpig via E-mail and they offered to send another out at no extra cost to me even though it wasn't down to them that it got lost in the postal system.
I will definetly use them again and can't recommend them highly enough.Excellent customer service and good quality products,who can ask for more?
