Ordered 2 x gifts and 1 birthday card (all personalised by my two sons 11 & 9 years old) for my partner, paid and got confirmation of order. Received a cancellation email 18 hours before the delivery (actual birthday) stating that they have lost personal details in the system !!!!!!
How I am going to explain this to my boys, very disappointing service, well if you can call this a service!!!!
Please do not order anything from this website unless you have prepared other gifts from elsewhere.
