Been using Moonpig for last 3 months and been very happy until 2 weeks ago :(
Ordered 2 cards together with same date on and only one arrived in time. 2nd one turned up 2 days later and damaged (punch holes through edge of card). I called customer services who were happy to resend for me but by this time birthday had passed so did feel let down.
Sent original damaged card back and would have appreciated feedback as to what problem was but have heard nothing.
I will still continue to use Moonpig and hope this was just a blip!!
