I ordered a personalised card for my husband on our anniversary as he was working away and I had just had surgery, the card arrived 3 days late, I called moonpig and they weren't very interested.The card when it arrived was lovely but I am uneasy about using moonpig again.

I ordered an anniversary card for my son and daughter in law in Canada. I ordered it 10 days early and it was still late, very disappointing!!

I had exactly the same problem. I ordered 2 cards and a presant, only one was sent. The other card and present arrived almost 10 days after ordering. Customer services was NOT interested really. Will never use again.
