A friend ordered a bouquet to be delivered to me on my birthday. They didn't come. They were found late that evening by my neighbours, who fortunately had just returned from a holiday. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and had been left in the sun for at least nine hours. Very disappointed. Simply cannot see why they were delivered to the house next door instead of to me.
