I have always loved Moon Pig but for the past 6 months I have been having problems,mostly steming from your IT Department. Check my record, I have made many calls regarding this issue. Presently, I still cannot send cards. I have been on the telephone several times during the past few days. I feel I am an excellent customer with over 400 people in my address book and frequently do large mailings, not only personal, but for my business.
I've spoken to Joanna, Miele, who now I understand is back in Austraila and Stacy or Tracy as recemtly as yesterday. I still cannot send cards.
Please look into this matter.
