As I was going to be in France for my Sister's 70th birthday, and therefore quite a special one, I wanted to be sure that she would get flowers on the day as I wouldn't be able to see her myself. After researching all the usual sites I decided on Moonpig as I had used them before for a 60th birthday and been very pleased with the service.
Imagine my disappointment when I received a text from my sister at 19.30 UK time to say thank you for the flowers which had JUST arrived. I double checked that she did mean 'just' , she did! I was very angry and disappointed with Moonpig and once I get back to the UK I will be speaking to Customer Services to express my feelings!!!
As I am touring this is the first opportunity I have had for Internet access so I was delighted to be asked by Moonpig to review my purchase!
I still don't know if she received the balloon, I will check when I return to the UK,next week
