I used moonpig for the first time in order to get a personalised t shirt for my partners first fathers day. When the package arrived I was really excited for him as he didn't have a clue what it was. However when he opened it it was a completely different t shirt that someone else had obviously ordered. I was so upset and rang them straight away. They did send the right one as promised, but the surprise had already been ruined as my partner now knew what he would be getting. I also paid for express delivery and due to them sending the wrong one had to wait an extra 2 days. I wont be using them again.
