i placed an order on tuesday as in hospital of a mug and card to my partner as a thankyu and a surprise i struggled to place order on internet for a hour so rung had a lady help me and order went through at a min past two but was assured it would go next day delivery athalf past four i recieved an email statin next day delivery wasny pissible irung to let them know i was dusgusted as was too late to go to another company but was primised it the folowin day the followin day i logged in to check delivery status to find tye address had been changed from hebburn to wallsend so i rung and staff were appallin i finally got a manager who changed order and offered me a full refund too on fruday my delivery arruved only the printin on cup said love always uise not love always louise i emailrd moonpig loads of times to get no reply and its now saturday and no refund recieved either or no correct delivery wat a rubbish disgustin company i now cant contact them until tuesday as bank holiday so therefore wont get a repkacement till weds if its even done correctly
any ideas how to contact moonpig on a sataurday?
