Ordered chocs, card and personalised TShirt in plenty of time for Mothers Day.
Order marked as sent in full, but TShirt was not sent in the package of chocs and card.
Ruined Mothers Day for my 4 year old son asTShirt was his main gift to his mum.
You can get chocs and cards anywhere.
Can't get through to MoonPig.
They will not reply to emails either.
What a useless company.
Will never use again.
