Absolutely Shocked! Ruined Motherday

I ordered a mothersday set which included flowers, balloon, and chocolate. Paid £30 for it(plus 6.50 for special delivery).

Was waiting all day for it, then finally at 6pm i called moonpig and they told me that it was delivered at 2pm. Me and my family were in all day.
But then they went on to say that it was delivered to a person named Rose, which i dont know. I live in a 22 storey flat, with 100 flat in it. Why the hell would they leave it with a random person.

Moonpig told me they were sorry and they could re-send the item in 2 days. I don't really need the item anymore as mothersday has passed. They offered a refund, however I do not feel this is enough to compensate my wasted time and the stress they have caused.

They say that it isnt there fault and that it is the courier services responsibility, but frankly i do not care, I expect to receive my item on time and they should get a better courier service.
