Words cannot do justice to how poor Moonpig are.

I ordered valentines flowers in January for delivery on valentines day, plenty of time you'd think. How wrong I was....

Valentines day - no flowers delivered. So I had one disappointed girlfriend.

An hour of my life was wasted on hold for them to give me excuses.

Following day - still no flowers delivered. Now I've got a very disappointed girlfriend.

Another hour wasted on hold waiting to speak to someone....

They did give me a full refund and promise a complimentary bunch to be sent.

Guess what.......they didn't turn up......what a surprise let down again.

Time to try someone else.
