Ordered two birthday cards for my sister's 21st birthday, approx £20 in cost- with a specified delivery date. Paid extra for special delivery. No sign of the cards. Call centre could not provide any explanation. Only offered to refund the delivery price. The birthday has come and gone. Will never use them again.
