Never usually write reviews but Moonpig - you've driven me to it. Usual sad little tale.....ordered flowers for delivery to my girlfriend's place as a suprise, the only suprise being that they were never delivered?! Perhaps Moonpig thought I meant Valentine's day 2014 as they still haven't been delivered. Then there's their pathetic excuse of a generic e mail and no doubt they'll eventually get round to actually reading my e mail but I expect they'll blame the snow (which had long disappeared) or that interference form a passing asteroid caused their systems to fail. Either way I shall expect a full refund for breach of contract, compensation (God, I hope it isn't a discount on future Moonpig offers!) and vow that this is the first AND LAST time I use this dubious company.
