So annoyed!! I placed a twenty pounds credit into moonpig (or so i thought) a few years back....then never had any need to spend it. Came to this Valentine's day and I thought that I should treat my girlfriend only to find that Moonpig had done two majorly bad things!!
1. When I paid the £20 in they duplicated the transaction and so actually took £40!!!!!
2. They told me that the money was paid in too long ago and now magically is invalid?????!!! What on Earth!
3. Having written them 3 separate emails spelling out the nature of my complaint, I keep getting random responses...firstly an email explaining how to reset my password...secondly, an email apologizing for delivery delay....BUT NOTHING ACTUALLY ADDRESSING MY COMPLAINT!!
AWFUL AWFUL DREADFUL THIEVING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!
I want it made clear that at no point during my paying of what I thought was £20 was I made aware that there would be a time limit to spend it...or else I plainly would have done!!
