My boyfriend ordered me a bunch of flowers and a card for Valentines Day to be delivered to my work address as a surprise, he checked his e-mail on his lunch hour to find he received an e-mail at 1.15pm to say they would not be delivered until the next day (my day off from work). This is not good enough for a big company like this, they should not be taking orders that cannot be delivered on the due date. Regardless of the fact that they have offered my boyfriend a full refund it ruined our Valentines Day. I will not be using them again, so disappointed.
