“saying there Terrible is to nice”

Moon pig has ruined myself and my girlfriend valentines day. I spent over £45 pound on flowers and chocolate etc ... to make this a nice surprise for my girlfriend and to not receive anything is a complete joke. I spent all the afternoon and evening calling there customer service team and no one picked up to talk me. Its now the next day and there customer service number is now not even ringing at all which makes me fell like iv been scammed. Please anyone if your thinking of using moon pig think again and use other alternatives
