My boyfriend ordered me some things off Moonpig for Valentine's day a few days ago(I don't know exactly what he ordered as he was HOPING to give me a lovely surprise). After making an effort to ensure there was somebody at home all day today it is now gone 8pm and there is no sign of any delivery whatsoever. Also my boyfriend has had the same problems as everyone else trying to ring the customer services number and getting nowhere, just being put on hold, or finding the number engaged. He has also found that a number of his colleagues have had exactly the same problem, which I think frankly is ridiculous.
I have personally used Moonpig a hell of a lot in the past for friends and familys birthday's etc, but I will not be using it again, they have most definitely lost a customer. Ridiculous.
