“Ruined valentines day!!!!!!!”

I don't even think it deserves a star!! Ordered card and flowers for valentines day for my girlfriend as she has been poorly thought it would be a nice surprise. The card arrived in the normal post but NO flowers! Have tried to phone customer services but no response have emailed demanding a full refund but will take up to a day to respond! All it says on website is order sent! My girlfriend has been in all day so they can't have missed her!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!
