As with the reviews below Moonpig have managed to completely ruin Valentines Day for my girlfriend and I. Long distance relationships are hard enough, especially when you cannot be together on important days such as this one. But to have your girlfriend crying with nothing to do but sit on the other end of the phone is soul destroying. It is gone 6:00pm and there are no flowers, card, chocolates or teddy! And having logged into my account the status of my order is.... "order printing"!!! not even dispatched despite being ordered 3 weeks ago! oh and I've been on hold for over half an hour to speak to customer services, still not through... Never Again!

In the exact same boat and my order also says the same thing. Demanded a full refund via email as the phone lines are busy. Just waiting for my reply with useless excuse attached to it.
Please keep us updated. I will do the same.
