My fiance ( who is in the forces) is away at the moment and made an order 4 days ago for valentines day which is today to be delivered which hasn't turned up, when he foned them he had to wait nearly two hours on hold then when he did speak to someone they said the order hadn't been sent!! Well done moonpig not only is my man away but you have just ruined my valentines day!!!
