On the 28th January 2013 I ordered a set of flowers, chocolate and a card (which was a special offer advertised by Moonpig on TV for £25)to be delivered today to a girl I really like. It is now 3.16pm on Valentines day, my order has not been sent, my money has been taken, i have spent over 2 hours on hold trying to phone their customer services number and have also sent 2 emails asking whats happened to my order and have had no reply from those either. I am absolutely livid and judging by other reviews, I'm not the only person this has happened to today. Extremely disappointed!!!
