“Ruined Valentines Day, Disgraceful Service”

my partner ordered flowers and a card from moonpig last thursday booked a delivery in for today ready for valentines day tomorrow. waited in all day today for them to arrives 6pm comes still no delivery call them, they will look into it and phone back and also deliver up to 7pm. 7pm still waiting no delivery have to call them again, they had NOT processed the order which meant delivery had not gone out so i would not be recieving and flowers or card ready for valentines day, quick enough to take the money though. said they could refund or rebook in for friday, were not able to deliver on valentines day because they had run out of flowers, disgusting service, will never order from them again appauling service no help or assurance. gesture of good will no help at all - disgusted with the service given unexceptable - not a happy customer.

CALL YOURSELF A QUALITY COMPANY,SH.T CUSTOMER SERVICES, JUST INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY, DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL!!
