Used moon pig for years. Only once was a card delayed onthe Christmas post and they sent a reprint ( ended up with two). The costs ate straightforward and prepay means a 20% discount on ll cards. Besides this once you have sent o e birthday card the site reminds you of the birthday in future years. All cards have arrived in good condition and I have never known the wrong one to come. You can email customer services for free and usually get an answer in minutes. They are helpful at resolving issues.
